For a number of years, we had been searching for a new home locally that would meet all of our family’s needs. From our initial consultation with Claymore Homes through to signing on the dotted line and now over six months after moving in we can confidently say the service, quality, and after-sales care provided by Claymore has been absolutely outstanding.
What really set Claymore apart was the personalised experience, once we had selected the style of house we wanted, we were able to sit down with the team and decide on the specifics for each room from design to changing the layout allowing this level of flexibility allowed us to plan ahead and get the house we had always wanted and every detail was thoroughly thought through before the build began.
Following the signing of the contract, Claymore continued to exceed our expectations, communication was first-class with regular updates throughout the build and answered every question we had for them, ensuring a smooth transition from start to finish. The quality and dedication of the tradesmen on site gave our home a flawless finish, which we truly appreciate within our forever home.

The day we moved in was a fantastic experience the house immediately felt like home. Claymore made sure all our requests had been fulfilled, and walking through the property on handover day was amazing every detail that we had talked about throughout the build was executed perfectly, there was nothing to fault. The craftsmanship from the joiners, painters, and every other trade involved was simply outstanding.
We knew we’d be living in a developing area for a couple of years, but the site has been managed exceptionally well. It’s always tidy, with clear access and no disruptions. The on-site team has been nothing short of brilliant and nothing is too much trouble.
From the very beginning and throughout the last six months, communication has been consistent and professional and feel Claymore Homes have earned nothing less than a well-deserved five stars!
